Tremendous improvement in my body
I was in a car accident on March 29, 2021. The accident left me with pain in my lower back, lower neck and elbow. Since then I've been going to AlaMed Injury Clinics where I have been processed into therapy. I've noticed tremendous improvement in my body, such as my elbow was healing in only a week or faster since after starting therapy. 2 to 3 weeks in therapy, I've felt improvements in my lower back, but it is still a work in progress. Recently, I started a new exercise with therapy that has tremendously improved my stamina and also better control of my breathing while in the midst of exercising. I'm still not done with therapy, but really appreciate AlaMed Injury Clinics from the bottom of my heart for giving me tremendous customer service and treating me like their own. I am grateful for the staff that took care of me and I am grateful for the experience.
